  • Expedited Shipping: A faster shipping option that delivers within 2-3 business days for domestic orders and 5-7 business days for international orders.
  • Overnight Shipping: The fastest delivery option for domestic orders, ensuring next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM EST.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the products you order, as well as the delivery destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

2. Order Processing and Handling

Once your order is placed, our team will begin processing it as soon as possible. We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. However, during busy periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing may take longer.

  • Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order details. This email will include an estimated shipping time and tracking information once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping: For international orders, shipping fees may vary depending on your location. In addition to the shipping cost, international customers may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated during the checkout process.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. The following is an estimate of delivery times:

  • Domestic Orders (within the United States):

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
  • International Orders:

    • Standard International Shipping: 10-15 business days

  • P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for certain shipping methods. Please provide a physical address during checkout to avoid any issues.

At this time, we only allow one shipping address per order. If you wish to have items shipped to different addresses, you must place separate orders for each destination. Each order will be subject to its own shipping charges.
