If you are not entirely happy with your order, our Refund and Return Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds. 1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
- Condition of the Product: The shoes must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with the original packaging and tags intact.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
If any of these conditions are not met, we may refuse the return or exchange.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@tooltopis.xyz or call 847-794-4382 to inform us about the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included in your return package.
- Ship the Product: Securely package the item in its original packaging and send it back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns: For domestic returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong size, defective item).
- International Returns: Customers returning products from outside the United States will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and any customs duties/taxes.
- Free Return Shipping: In cases of defective items or shipping errors made by Tooltopis, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note the following:
- Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
- Refund Amount: The refund will be for the full amount of the item(s) minus any shipping costs (unless we made an error with your order).
- Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a used condition or without original packaging, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned product.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order. Follow our return process to receive a refund, and feel free to contact us for assistance with placing a new order.
6. Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Gift Cards or store credits.
- Discounted or Final Sale Items: These are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Worn or Used Footwear: Any items that have been worn or damaged cannot be returned.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will provide a return label and cover all return shipping costs. We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement item, based on your preference and availability.
8. Canceling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return once you receive the item.
